Project summary

My research focuses on developing innovative carbon dioxide (CO2) conversion technologies, with a specific focus on photo-thermal catalysis and catalyst development. The primary objective is to investigate and develop efficient and sustainable CO2 conversion methods with broad applications, such as synthetic fuel production and plastics synthesis. By harnessing sunlight via the leveraging of photo-thermal pathways, the aim is to lower energy barriers and enhance the commercial viability of the CO2 conversion reaction pathways. This approach offers a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to conventional methods that rely on high-temperature thermal catalysis or energy-intensive processes.
