Project summary
My PhD research focuses on understanding how catalyst structure and reaction environment engineering enable selective C–N coupling from CO₂ and nitrogen-containing species. By integrating electrocatalysis phenomenon with plasma-assisted activation, this work seeks to develop more energy-efficient and sustainable routes for producing value-added C–N chemicals, including amines, amides, and urea. Current research combines CO₂ and N₂ plasma activation with electrochemical conversion to advance a continuous and scalable plasma catalytic system for CO₂ utilisation.
